Altec 436C

The Altec 436C  is a more recent addition to Ardent’s gear list. The 436C Compressor amplifier is a self-powered, level controlling amplifier with a versatility which makes it a desirable part of our audio arsenal. This compressor will reduce gain up to 30db quickly and quietly without causing any audible ‘thumping’. The 436C has a variable threshold and compression ratio that makes it a flexible compressor on various sound sources.
