This stereo FET based compressor/limiter has the punch your looking for. With ratios spanning from 4:1 to 20:1, or the All Buttons In setting, getting the right amount of compression is a breeze. The 1178 has both Stereo and A/B mode with variable attack and release times. This unit sounds fantastic on drum overheads, or room mics, but also functions great as a vocal compressor.
