Description

The Summit EQP-200B, like their DCL-200, uses both solid state and tube technologies in order to create a warm sound (tubes) with a clean, low noise equalization (solid state). The best of both worlds, the EQP-200b is a passive tube EQ that is very accurate and functional on all source material. This equalizer was designed after the original Pultec EQ, but has Jensen 990 transformers on the output stage that provide a clear, open sounding equalizer that does not have the phase anomalies inherent in active EQ circuits.
