Waves L2

The Waves L2 is a stereo digital peak limiter that has 24/96 conversion capabilities, digital I/O, and a 48-bit digital signal path. Although it is a digital limiter, the controls on the L2 are more reminiscent of analog gear.  With various input, sync, and processing options, the L2 is a very adaptable unit that sounds great as a bus limiter. One of the best features of the L2 is the look-ahead technology, which buffers the incoming signal so that it can predict where the waveform is headed in order to prevent clipping. For general purposes, the L2 is a clean sounding digital limiter with plenty of options. Commonly used in L. Nix Mastering, located here at Ardent Studios, our L2 is making hits on a regular basis.
