Curry Weber

Born and Raised in the bayous just outside of Baton Rouge Louisiana, Curry first chased his dream down to Florida where he spent a year in the books earning a degree in the Recording Arts at Full Sail University. Soon afterward in 2000, he followed that dream up to the world famous Ardent Studios in Memphis, TN. Knowing that not just anyone can walk through those doors and stick around, he worked hard to earn a spot on the Ardent Studios team.

Assisting under the likes of John Hampton, Jim Dickinson, Jeff Powell, Paul Ebersold and Skidd Mills, Curry learned early on the importance of the delicate human element involved in musical productions. After a brief period away from the studio, which included working as a technical assistant under the Neve guru Fred Hill, he found his way back to Memphis and to a permanent spot on the Ardent roster. Today, Curry continues to be a valuable part of the studios’ production, engineering and technical staff.
